Meet Pam

PamHi, I'm Pam Gundlach and welcome to Head Coach. My passion and area of expertise is to guide athletes, in every category of sport, to prepare for optimal performance in upcoming challenges. The mission of my practice is to combine my lifelong love of athletics with my expertise and competitive experience to help others grow and achieve their goals. I am a licensed professional psychologist with over two decades of practice under my belt. I trained in applied sports psychology under the guidance of Frederick Neff Psy.D. and Leonard Ziachkowsky Ph.D.  Dr. Neff has been the Sport Psychologist for the Boston Bruins, and Dr. Ziachkowsky, the Sports Psychologist for the Boston Celtics. These mentors have shared their invaluable experience along with some inspiring sports stories with me over the years. I did some additional training at San Diego University for Integrative Studies under Christins Versari, Ph.D. which expanded my knowledge areas working with Olympic athletes, using assessment instruments like to Myers-Brigg personality inventory and working with transitioning athletes.

I earned my undergraduate degree from The University of Colorado, and post-graduate degrees from Colorado State University and The Adler School of Psychology, Chicago. I live by a gorgeous lake in Vermont with two busy teenagers, my husband, Clark, and two adorable dachshunds named Kona and Cooper.  I am a competitive runner and have completed many marathons internationally and locally during my career thus far. Most recently I competed in track & field events at the Senior Games in Kentucky. I also love to snowboard, cycle, and garden (and I'm learning to surf!)  My professional and life experience provides a winning resource of cutting edge expertise paired with real-time competitive experience for my clients.
